With 20 years of experience in technical recruiting, I began my career in hands-on roles and steadily advanced into leadership within a Fortune Global 500 organization. After nearly two decades in the corporate world, I made the decision to take a new path; one focused on building something more personal, purpose-driven, and impactful.
Today, I serve as President of Design Hire LLC, where we specialize in engineering, design, and IT placements. We take a focused, high-impact approach, prioritizing long-term fit over short-term fixes and leveraging industry expertise with modern technology to simplify and strengthen the hiring process.
Through my involvement in other ventures focused on recruiting technology and automation, I bring innovation into our daily work, helping clients and candidates navigate the talent landscape with greater efficiency and clarity.
Outside of business, I am a proud husband, father, and lifelong traveler with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. These experiences have shaped not only how I live, but how I lead with curiosity, integrity, and a commitment to giving back to the people and communities I serve.
