Vice President

Growing up in a small town in Vermont taught me the value of genuine connections—a lesson that continues to shape how I approach recruiting today. The recruitment world can be transactional, but that’s not how I operate. It’s about understanding people—their backgrounds, their goals, and what truly drives them. By taking the time to connect with both hiring managers and candidates, I focus on finding the right fit, not just filling a role.

After earning my EIT certification and working as a civil engineer, I moved to Colorado and gained firsthand experience in chemical manufacturing, furthering my technical expertise. Along the way, I traveled extensively, experiencing different cultures and learning how to connect with people from all walks of life. That exposure to diverse perspectives reinforced the importance of listening and understanding, skills that now play a critical role in how I approach recruiting.

Now as the Vice President of Design Hire LLC, I leverage my engineering and manufacturing background to effectively connect clients with top-tier talent in engineering, design, construction, and IT. By combining technical knowledge with a genuine focus on people, I work to bridge the gap between hiring managers and candidates, striving to make the best match possible every time.
