By taking the time to connect with both hiring managers and candidates, I focus on finding the right fit, not just filling a role.

After earning my EIT certification and working as a civil engineer, I moved to Colorado and gained firsthand experience in chemical manufacturing, furthering my technical expertise. Along the way, I traveled extensively, experiencing different cultures and learning how to connect with people from all walks of life. That exposure to diverse perspectives reinforced the importance of listening and understanding, skills that now play a critical role in how I approach recruiting.

Now as the Vice President of Design Hire LLC, I leverage my engineering and manufacturing background to effectively connect clients with top-tier talent in engineering, design, construction, and IT.
